Powder Switch

Most coating processes have interruptions, for example caused by a change of substrate or a  loading of a new robot program. Our soft powder makes it possible to obtain a stable once set powder flow without interruption upright. If you switch from the powder feed, such tubes are „empty blown“ by the carrier gas.

To avoid this loss of powder and re-stabilizing time when restarting, we complement your powder feeder with a soft powder and an additional container.
Controlled by manual or programmed signals directing pneumatically operated valves powder flow in either the main power to the consumer or to the recycling container whenever the process requires no powder.
