Coating Analysis

Based on a fully equipped laboratory, we can obtain the results of coating qualification or qualification of a experimental work in a short time. The laboratory is certified to ISO 13485 and on request, official measurements and tests are available by the accredited company Qualitech AG.

We are proud to offer our customers the following tests on a commissioned work:

• Determination of bond strength (bond strength) according to ISO13779 or ASTM F 1147
• Determination of shear strength (shear strength) according to ASTM F 1044
• Cross section preparation to determine the layer thickness according to ASTM F 1854
• Abrasion resistance (Taber abrader) according to ASTM F 1978
