FLOW WATCH from Medicoat permanently supervises the powder flow needed for your coating application. The beha-viour of the powder flow cannot be detected by the powder feeder itself. Also gravimetric powder feeders with weight loss measurement are not able to recognise short time interruptions or pulsations within the powder flow. Hidden defects into the coating could be the result of such a disturbed powder flow. For high quality coating applications with validated and certified products, this is an unacceptable risk.
