Cost accounting

Our process visualisations are based on the software WinCC. Integrated in this visualisation there is as an option a detailed cost accounting in a separate page. All process data are recorded and printed as a protocol. The start of the calculation can be activated automatically (with process start) or manually. All you have to do is to provide the program with the prices for the consumables (such as gases, current, powder, etc.).

With process start all consumable materials are totalised up to the automatic or manual stop. The outcome is a complete listing of all process costs. Additionally there can be entered further information about preparatory work and rework. By clicking the «print» button a complete protocol including the trends of the process data is printed.
